Refund Policy

All online purchases:

All Season Pass, Lift Ticket, Equipment Rental, Lesson and Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable. Your credit card will be charged upon purchase online.

Retail items purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they are undamaged. If an appropriate exchange can’t be found, then we will issue you a credit voucher equal to the price paid.

Lift Tickets:

The Snowbowl is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and may void a ticket for inappropriate conduct by the holder. Lift Tickets are not for resale, are non-transferable and non-refundable. If a lift ticket needs to be moved from one garment to another, simply bring the garment to the ticket window operator. The operator will cut the wicket for you and issue you a new ticket and wicket.

Our Snow Guarantee:

We take pride in providing the best conditions possible each and every day for our skiing and snowboarding guests. If we are unable to meet your expectations, we offer the following guarantee:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the day’s conditions, we will be glad to issue you a credit voucher equal to the price paid for your lift ticket/rental. Refunds will not be given. Requests for credit vouchers must be made in person at the Ticket Office/Ski Shop within one hour of the purchase time stamped on the lift ticket/rental agreement being returned. You must surrender your lift ticket/rental equipment when requesting a credit voucher.

Season Passes:

A person may receive a credit for a like Season Pass for a future season at the Snowbowl if unable to ski/snowboard due to medical reasons. A letter from a doctor is required for verification. The credit will be prorated from the Snowbowl’s opening day based on the date of injury as follows:

Opening day through December 20th 100% credit

December 31st through January 15th 65% credit

January 16th through February 15th 30% credit

February 16th through February 28th 15% credit

March 1 to Closing 0% credit
